Generally we apply five steps in our organizational development process. - Assessment: Internal and external stakeholders will complete behavioral and organizational culture assessments to benchmark numerous management practices.
- Targets: Once the benchmarks are clear, Inner Action will help you set new targets that improve performance and management practices. Leading to significant and positive cultural change.
- Strategies: Set strategic initiatives that are most appropriate for your targets, participants, and your culture.
- Implement: Provide a common foundation that implements strategies that will lead you to your desired results.
- Progress review: Repeat assessments as needed to measure progress on the priorities. Use additional coaching and select new improvement priorities and repeat the process
